Do you ship oversees and to P.O. boxes?
Unfortunately due to restrictions we are only shipping within Canada. Check back in the near future for any changes!

How can I change my shipping address?
By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your BlueSky Best account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.
How long will my purchases take to ship?
Products will be shipped on the same day or the following day.
Shipping is free on orders over $120 CAD.
Please note that time-frames are based on ‘IN STOCK’ items only.
At times vendors may not have inventory and our store may sell out of certain items. These items are brought in from vendors outside Canada and an order can incur a longer delivery time frame.
*All Special Orders will incur additional shipping times.
*Delivery is charged per order and not per item and is applicable to taxes.

What’s your return/refund policy?
Goods are acceptable for return within 30 days of receipt. You will need an authorization number from BlueSky BEST Customer Representative to proceed with any returns. You can call us at: (647) 430 – 7047
A minimum restocking fee of 20% will be imposed on merchandise that is not defective.
Customers are responsible for freight/shipping charges when returning any items for reasons other than a BlueSky Best error.
Products returned with alteration or damage to the original packaging, or those that have been defaced including writing on the package, will not be accepted for return.
A label must be attached to the outside of the re-packaged item(s) showing the authorization number and the BlueSky Best address.
Items being returned must be-re-packaged into a larger container to protect the original packaging of the product. All merchandise must be returned clean and unaltered, in original packaging. Any merchandise that does not meet these conditions would be returned to sender and no credit will be issued
All requests to return goods/merchandise must be made to BlueSky Best with the following information (if applicable):
Invoice and purchase order number
Quantity and unit of measure
Lot number and expiration date
Specific reason for return
BLUESKY BEST HAS A RIGHT TO DENY ANY REFUND.
